We log all Complaints centrally, they are investigated and responded to as quickly as possible.
A same day response during normal Monday to Friday Business Hours is expected. If a complaint is logged over a weekend this may not be replied to until the Monday (or on a Bank Holiday Weekend, Tuesday).
